Fused quartz "JGS2"

Wavelength range: 200 to 2500 nm! For filters, cylindrical lenses, rod lenses, etc.

"JGS2" is an extremely high-purity fused quartz glass melted with an acid-hydrogen flame. It possesses excellent characteristics such as ultra-low expansion rate, high transmittance in the far ultraviolet region, and chemical durability, making it suitable as an optical component material that requires sub-micron level ultra-precision and high stability. We will respond to the material dimensions and shapes of the glass as needed. 【Specifications】 ■ Purity: 99.99% ■ OH (PPM): 200 ■ Wavelength range: 200–2500nm ■ Electrical properties ・ Volume resistivity: 4.0 [10^13] (Ω/cm) at 200℃ ・ Dielectric constant: 100 (F/m) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Introduction to the PQ8 Series of High Purity Fused Quartz Manufactured Overseas

Introducing the PQ series of high-purity fused quartz, which offers equivalent domestic grade and overwhelming cost performance.

The overseas-produced high-purity fused quartz PQ series requires purity equivalent to that of domestic manufacturers and achieves dense quality at a low price, making it isotropic graphite. Two grades are available according to the required purity: - PQ8 - PQ8H These can be selected based on the application. 〇 PQ8 is high-purity fused quartz manufactured by electric melting method, demonstrating excellent high-temperature performance. It is a product with low OH group levels. 〇 PQ8H is suitable for even stricter environments requiring higher purity, with lower alkali and aluminum content. As consumables, quartz processed products face stringent demands not only in quality but also in cost. This is particularly effective in reducing costs for high-precision processed products in medium to large lots. Please feel free to inquire about the PQ series, which achieves high quality at low prices.
